A federal audit released on March 1, 2017, barely 5 weeks after Ben Carson took office, has raised serious concerns about the extent of Obama’s plans to reorganize our lives, and how he was redirecting taxpayer money to accomplish that.
Take a look:
The total amounts of errors corrected in HUD’s notes and consolidated financial statements were $516.4 billion and $3.4 billion, respectively. There were several other unresolved audit matters, which restricted our ability to obtain sufficient, appropriate evidence to express an opinion.
These unresolved audit matters relate to (1) the Office of General Counsel’s refusal to sign the management representation letter, (2) HUD’s improper use of cumulative and first-in, first-out budgetary accounting methods of disbursing community planning and development program funds, (3) the $4.2 billion in nonpooled loan assets from Ginnie Mae’s stand-alone financial statements that we could not audit due to inadequate support, (4) the improper accounting for certain HUD assets and liabilities, and (5) material differences between HUD’s subledger and general ledger accounts.
This audit report contains 11 material weaknesses, 7 significant deficiencies, and 5 instances of noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The dates of this ongoing misfeasance suggest something more sinister was at play than simply some accounting mistakes. More like deliberately obscuring the movement of funds that were being used for non-intended purposes.
Back in July of 2015, investigative journalist Paul Sperry detailed the Obama administration’s efforts to create a massive database of sensitive information on every American and categorized according to their race:
“Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.:
This Orwellian-style stockpile of statistics includes a vast and permanent network of discrimination databases, which Obama already is using to make “disparate impact” cases against: banks that don’t make enough prime loans to minorities; schools that suspend too many blacks; cities that don’t offer enough Section 8 and other low-income housing for minorities; and employers who turn down African-Americans for jobs due to criminal backgrounds.
The final product would provide civil-rights attorneys and urban activist groups the data they need to exploit patterns of “racial disparities” and “segregation,” even when no other evidence of discrimination exists.
Maxine Waters confirmed the existence of such a database:
The database includes personal mortgage information, credit scores, employment records, school records, and the biggest data capture of all – housing records.
The granddaddy of them all is the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing database, which the Department of Housing and Urban Development rolled out earlier this month to racially balance the nation, ZIP code by ZIP code. It will map every US neighborhood by four racial groups — white, Asian, black or African-American, and Hispanic/Latino — and publish “geospatial data” pinpointing racial imbalances.
[…]
Federally funded cities deemed overly segregated will be pressured to change their zoning laws to allow construction of more subsidized housing in affluent areas in the suburbs, and relocate inner-city minorities to those predominantly white areas. HUD’s maps, which use dots to show the racial distribution or density in residential areas, will be used to select affordable-housing sites.
HUD plans to drill down to an even more granular level, detailing the proximity of black residents to transportation sites, good schools, parks and even supermarkets. If the agency’s social engineers rule the distance between blacks and these suburban “amenities” is too far, municipalities must find ways to close the gap or forfeit federal grant money and face possible lawsuits for housing discrimination.
Civil-rights groups will have access to the agency’s sophisticated mapping software, and will participate in city plans to re-engineer neighborhoods under new community outreach requirements.
Consider the cost of this endeavor and what it might take to hide those expenditures from public view. This effort would dwarf the one required to build the Obamacare website. That cost $50 Million.
Sperry concluded his analysis:
Even if no one has complained about discrimination, even if there is no other evidence of racism, the numbers themselves will “prove” that things are unfair.
Such databases have never before existed. Obama is presiding over the largest consolidation of personal data in US history. He is creating a diversity police state where government race cops and civil-rights lawyers will micromanage demographic outcomes in virtually every aspect of society.
The first black president, quite brilliantly, has built a quasi-reparations infrastructure perpetually fed by racial data that will outlast his administration.
What are the chances that at this point in time, Obama has access to this database and is using it to deploy his 30,000 member army of agitators who are members of Organizing for America (OFA) in the most targeted way to create maximum civil discord?
Before you begin applauding that Rocket Mortgage you might’ve been approved for, consider the Fourth Amendment and the reason the Framers felt the need to add it to the Constitution:
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Bruce Kennedy writing for CBS’ Moneywatch warned how the Chinese have already begun using information like this to control their citizens’ behavior.
Rick Falkvinge, a blogger at privateinternetaccess.com expounded on how nefarious the use of such an all-encompassing database can become. Say to isolate people from the herd because of their beliefs:
“But the kicker is that if any of your friends do this — publish opinions without prior permission, or report accurate but embarrassing news — your score will also deteriorate. And this will have a direct impact on your quality of life.”
We had previously uncovered evidence that Facebook has its own initiative to develop “alternative” financial scores:
Maybe the Framers were really men of political genius as conservatives believe. And, maybe Obama is just as nefarious as conservatives have contended.
I always wondered why all the crooked Secret Service guys were flooding to HUD after SS retirement. (nothing against all the honorable guys in SS) I knew it must have been a serious caper of some kind. Well, here it is. https://t.co/WhVeNhG9i4
