Even California’s Governor Admits A Red Wave Is On The Way…

Even the Democratic Governor of California Gavin Newsom admitted in the interview that the midterm environment feels like a red wave.

Democrats have sought to tone down the possibility that Republicans could see success in both the House and Senate next week, but Newsom said he was being “pragmatic.”

During an interview that aired Wednesday by CBS News chief Washington correspondent, Major Garrett, Newsom said that Democrats are getting “destroyed” on messaging and “crushed on narrative” with the November midterms less than a week away.

It’s not the first time Newsom has hammered his own party on messaging. In September he urged Democrats to be more aggressive.

It is a reality that every democrat has to face this coming midterm. While answering questions from a CBS reporter, Newsom foreshadowed a Republican takeover in the upcoming midterms.

The reporter asked Newsom how many seats in California can Democrats potentially lose to which Newsom responded “there are 4 races that are competitive now that were not competitive 5 months ago.”

In a follow-up question, the reporter asked Newsome “does it feel like a red wave?”

Newsom would respond “it does”.

According to the latest report from Real Clear Politics, Republicans have been gaining the majority of the House with 228 seats compared with the Democrat’s 174 which leaves 33 more seats up for grabs that could go either way.

As the Gateway Pundit pointed out if Real Clear Politics polls are correct then a red wave is bound to happen – which is currently, Democrats have 222 seats whereas the GOP has 212.

And regardless of what any poll says it’s essential to vote!
