One Virginia Elementary school is now threatening their student that will enter the school unmasks to be considered as trespassers, this is according to the leaked audio recording revealed this week.
A report from the Daily Caller on Wednesday stated that there’s a leaked audio recording reportedly between Creighton’s Corner Elementary School Assistant Principal Janet Davidson and a parent of a student at the school. “This is audio from the Assistant Principal of a Loudoun County elementary school informing parents that children who come back to school maskless will be charged with ‘trespassing’ In Virginia, trespassing is a Class I felony that holds a 12-month jail sentence or $2,500 fine.”

“Until you arrive your children will be held in an in-school restriction situation here at school. It is important that I point out to you it’s stated in the letter you shall receive it’s important that I point out to you that they are not allowed on campus or on Loudon County public school property starting tomorrow.”
“It will be considered trespassing so it’s important that I make that statement to you. We’ll look forward to hearing from you via phones so you can let us know,” she said.
The Daily Mail also reported that Tucker Carlson slammed schools that continue to enforce mask mandates:
The FOX anchor Tucker Carlson took aim at a Virginia elementary school that is threatening to arrest kids who don’t wear masks, a New York school that treats unmasked pupils as truants and a Connecticut school that not only forces students to wear masks but puts mask on musical instruments.
According to a service that tracks mask policies in school districts across America found that more than 60 percent of the districts they monitor still require masks.
‘Masks don’t benefit children,’ Carlson said. ‘They actively harm children. Child development experts are weighing in and saying, “Oh yes, long-term use of masks on children can inflict profound cognitive damage.'”
Also in Virginia, there were students that are reportedly being held in auditoriums, gyms, and offices alone for not wearing masks to school. One brave high school student, Nicholas Sanchez, reportedly spent the majority of his week alone in an auditorium.
“Growing up, I was raised to have integrity and to be honest and to do what I believe is right,” as Sanchez defended his position on the masks. “I did what I could from a student’s perspective. Keeping my educational interests in mind, I think I will go ahead and put on the mask – the face decoration on my face and get my education.”
Another family in Loudoun County, the Platts, reported that their sons’ elementary school warned them that their children will be physically removed from the property if they don’t put on a mask.
“As a family, we will discuss that because these kids take that pressure differently especially the little one,” said the father of the Platt family. “We just want to make sure they aren’t impacted.
