Why Twitter Suspended This Republican Lawmaker Is Absolutely Insane!

Twitter is quite infamous for its notorious cherry-picking and one-sided political agenda, blocking tweets and suspending accounts of Republican lawmakers.

And Rep.Banks is their recent target, suspending his Twitter account for using the wrong ‘Pronouns.’

Indiana Republican Representative Jim Banks has been suspended from Twitter after he uses the wrong pronouns in a tweet about Assistant Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine, who is transgender.

After he wrote out a tweet stating “the title of first female four-star officer gets taken by a man”, Bank’s Twitter account was then suspended.

The leftist media praised Levine as the first “female” four-star admiral, prompting Banks’ post.

It’s apparently hate speech if you speak any scientifically-backed facts on Twitter if you mean by Levine was born as a man but now claims he is a woman and for the last year and a half, that’s what rich coming from, the people who have told us to trust the science.

According to NBC News who covered and reported these details:

Twitter suspended the account of Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., on Saturday after he intentionally misgendered a senior Health and Human Services official, Dr. Rachel Levine, the first transgender person to hold an office that requires Senate confirmation.

Banks, who represents the northeastern corner of the state, was responding to the news that Levine, HHS’ assistant secretary for health, had become the first woman to be become a four-star officer in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, saying the title of admiral and the honor were taken by a “man.”

Twitter said the comment violated its hateful conduct policy, which prohibits the “targeted misgendering or deadnaming of transgender individuals.”

Excerpt from Axios reports:

Twitter suspended the account of Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.) Saturday after he intentionally misgendered Assistant Secretary of Health Rachel Levine, the first openly transgender Senate-confirmed federal official, a spokesperson for the platform told Axios.

What they’re saying: “The account referenced has been temporarily locked for violating our Hateful Conduct Policy,” the spokesperson wrote. “The account owner is required to delete the violative Tweet before regaining access to their account.”

Twitter updated its policy in 2018 to prohibit the “targeted misgendering or deadnaming of transgender individuals.”

Driving the news: Levine was sworn in last week as the admiral of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, making her the nation’s first openly transgender four-star officer and first female four-star admiral.

Twitter already set the precedent that the President of the United States can be censored now they are silencing anyone that doesn’t use the correct pronouns.
