This Extremely Young Social Media Star DIED Just Says After Posting An Extremely Confusing Message…

A popular TikTok user passed away “suddenly and unexpectedly” a few days after sharing a video of herself traveling around New York City with a mysterious remark.

The 21-year-old popular Canadian TikTok star, Megha Thakur, died unexpectedly on Thursday, November 24, just days after sharing a final post with a cryptic message on her social media handle, her parents confirmed via an Instagram post.

A video showing Thakur striding across a New York City street had been released only a few days ago, on November 18, with the caption: “YOU’RE in command of your destiny.” Observe that.

It was the influencer’s last post, and she has over a million fans on TikTok and Instagram. Her death’s cause has not been made public.

Although Thakur shared content just days before her death, the video might have been shot a few months or weeks ago. Because she is walking around New York City in a summer outfit, it appears that the content was not recorded in November when temperatures would have been colder.

The Instagram post shared by her parents confirming her death reads:

“‘It is with heavy hearts we announce the light of our life, our kind, caring, and beautiful daughter, Megha Thakur, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away on November 24, 2022, in the early morning hours.”

“Megha was a confident and independent young woman. She will be dearly missed,” the message continued. “She loved her fans and would have wanted you to know of her passing. At this time, we request your blessings for Megha. Your thoughts and prayers will be with her in her onward journey.”

The Canadian native started a TikTok account in 2019 focusing on body positivity and on how to boost confidence which captured the attention of many.

The Western Gazette reported that she majored in computer science at Western University in the fall of 2021, and lived in Delaware Hall in her first year of college; she had to move to Saugeen for work in her second year.

She previously modeled for the CAISA fashion show, Canada’s largest student-run charity fashion show. Just days before her death, Thakur shared her last video in TikTok, but it’s unclear when it was actually recorded considering that the pedestrians around her and Thakur appeared to be prepared for warmer weather.

On her TikTok videos, her admirers, followers, and loved ones have been posting condolences as they grieve her passing.

Her videos often included references to popular celebrities like Kylie Jenner and Bella Hadid.

Thakur’s heartbroken fans have been leaving many messages following her unexpected death.

One wrote, “She inspired me so much her love was unconditional always wanted to see others win nothing but the best things to say about her my heart is so broken. sending your family so so much love.”

“Her posts brought so much confidence and light when I was struggling, she was always an angel, and beautiful inside and out. I’m sorry for your loss and may she rest in peace,” another fan commented.

“I am sad because I feel like the world needed someone like her, she was only 17/ 18 inspiring me, a fully grown adult how to love myself and be confident,” another follower wrote.
