The witch hunt continues, this time they are forcing President Trump to appear to testify next month in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ probe into the Trump Organization.
President Trump and two of his adult children, Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump, were forced to testify in a New York state investigation of his business practices, a court document showed on Wednesday.
With this, the Trumps filed a notice of appeal with New York’s highest court seeking to block an order forcing their testimony.
The Trumps are scheduled to testify beginning July 15, but they have until June 13 to ask New York state’s highest court, the Court of Appeals, to further delay any testimony. The testimony would be postponed if that court issued a stay.

A couple weeks ago a federal judge tossed Trump’s lawsuit seeking to block New York Attorney General Letitia James’ witch hunt investigation into the former president’s business practices.
U.S. District Judge Brenda Sannes for upstate New York, an Obama appointee, issued the ruling just one day after a state appeals court ruled Trump must testify under oath.
“While the New York proceeding has been ongoing since August 2020, Plaintiffs have submitted no evidence that the subpoena enforcement proceeding has been conducted in such a way as to constitute harassment,” Sannes wrote in a 43-page decision.
Letitia James has been harassing Trump and his family…just as she promised.
In November 2018 after her election, Letitia James immediately began cursing and threatening President Donald Trump.

The former president has clashed with James before over the probe. He previously called her an “operative for the Democratic Party,” and said the investigation is “the greatest Witch Hunt of all time, by a failed Attorney General who continues to use her office for political gain following a disastrous and embarrassing attempt to run for Governor.”
