Illegal Immigrant ARRESTED After Raping Ten Year Old Girl!

According to reports, Police arrested the 27-year-old Gershon Fuentes on Tuesday, after he allegedly raped and impregnated a ten-year-old girl who reportedly traveled from Ohio to Indiana for an abortion.

Fuentes, who is believed to be an ILLEGAL ALIEN admitted to raping the ten-year-old child on at least two occasions.  He has been charged with rape and is being held on a $2 million bond, the report said.

A source told Fox News that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have placed a detainer on Fuentes, who is from Guatemala.

After the Indianapolis Star reported earlier this month that a child-abuse doctor in Ohio had asked an abortionist in Indianapolis named Caitlin Bernard to assist a little girl is getting an abortion in Indiana, the kid attracted the attention of the country’s media outlets.

According to the story, the girl was unable to have an abortion in her home state of Ohio because of the abortion statute there, which went into force following the Roe v. Wade decision and outlaws most procedures beyond six weeks.

Biden, who recently criticized the Court’s decision, cited the girl’s story, saying, “Imagine being that little girl.” I’m not kidding. Imagine yourself as that little girl.”

However, the story came under scrutiny when multiple advocates questioned the story— for relying upon a single source and for including scant details, saying that “the child would have been able to receive treatment in her home state of Ohio.”

Megan Fox was the first to publicly question the story being used by abortion activists to criticize the recent Supreme Court decision to return the abortion debate to the states.

“The Ohio abortion law would have allowed your patient to get an abortion. The AG and OH analysts have confirmed. Why did you claim the child had to leave Ohio for an abortion when that is not true? Can you give me your source for that claim?” Megan Fox wrote.

On Monday, in a Fox News appearance Attorney General Dave Yost also questioned the story he said that “the girl did not need to leave the state, she would have been legally able to get an abortion in Ohio.”

The Columbus Dispatch reported the child had received a medical abortion on June 30 in Indiana after traveling from Ohio where abortion is banned after six weeks without an exemption for rape. The Supreme Court overturned Roe on June 24.

However, Attorney General’s Office said that they plan on investigating the Indiana doctor who provided abortion care to the 10-year-old victim, In order to prove its case and pursue it to “the end,” the office is gathering evidence. If the doctor fails to disclose the child’s case, it may also investigate her license.
