He Beat His Daughter’s Rapist To Death And He Has Just Learned His Fate…

No caring, responsible parent can listen to accounts of child abuse without feeling some sort of emotion. Despair and rage come to mind, and no punishment is too severe for someone who would purposefully try to hurt a child.

Most parents have a natural instinct to want to protect their children; if necessary, the vast majority of us wouldn’t hesitate to defend them physically.

However, some people are prepared to go to levels of depravity that the rest of us find difficult to comprehend. One such incident, which occurred in Texas in 2013, was so disturbing that it is still being spoken about today. The story is still being told all over the world, and with good cause.

It includes a father who witnessed a man trying to rape his daughter, who is 4 years old. When he did, he lost control of his rage and ended up killing the claimed abuser by beating him.

Since then, the criminal justice system has decided its fate, and you might be surprised.

When Jesus Mora Flores reportedly tried to rape a 4-year-old child in a remote cabin on the family farm outside of Shriner, Texas, he saw firsthand how terrible a father’s rage can be. Flores allegedly came up behind the young girl and her brother while they were tending the chicken; he allegedly snatched her and brought her to the remote cabin. Her sibling reportedly went to tell his father what was happening, according to court documents. After hearing what his son had to tell, the upset father followed the cries of his daughter and hurried towards the shack.

When he went in, he discovered Flores and his daughter without their underwear on. The father flew into a blind wrath at the sight. Seeing the 47-year-old farmhand in the act, he began beating Flores mercilessly. The father pulled Flores off his child and “inflicted several blows to the man’s head and neck area,” ending up killing Flores with his bare hands.

Upon realizing what he had done, the dad then called 911, begging the dispatcher to quickly send an ambulance. “Come on! This guy is going to die on me! I don’t know what to do,” the then-22-year-old father screamed at the 911 dispatcher, who couldn’t locate the property. But later he offered to drive the man to the hospital. Emergency crews arrived, but it was too late for Flores.

Surprisingly, after killing the suspected rapist of his daughter, the father escaped being charged in connection with the crime after the young girl was taken to a hospital and examined. Forensic evidence and witness accounts corroborated the father’s story that his daughter was being sexually assaulted, according to authorities.

Sheriff Micah Harmon, said the father was extremely remorseful and was merely trying to protect his daughter. “You have a right to defend your daughter,” he said. “The girl’s father acted in defense of his third person.”

The Lavaca County grand jury agreed with the Texas sheriff and declared Flores’ death to be a justified homicide. “Under the law in the state of Texas, deadly force is authorized and justified in order to stop an aggravated sexual assault or sexual assault,” District Attorney Heather McMinn explained.
