A middle school science teacher in Lake Havasu, Arizona who was fired after her students came across her OnlyFans porn videos has been blocked from the platform.

Samantha Peer lost her job at Thunderbolt Middle School in Arizona when students reportedly discovered and shared the link to her OnlyFans page.

Peer has since addressed the incident and apologized in a YouTube video. She explained that she only turned to the adult subscription site to help her financial situation and allow her to spend more time with her two children.

“[She] was sharing these links to her sex site on her social media accounts, which are public, [on] which children follow her,” one outraged parent said after discovering that the children were sharing her pornographic content amongst themselves.

Lake Havasu City Police Department said in a statement that they believe that some of this pornographic content took place on school property and were assessing whether any laws had been broken.

OnlyFans policy prohibits users from uploading, posting, displaying, or publishing content on the platform that features sexual activities recorded or broadcast from a public place, stating that anybody breaking these rules can be banned from the platform.

Peer’s husband, Dillion Peer is also a teacher who worked at Nautilus Elementary where he taught fourth grade. He was also fired after he was reportedly seen in videos on the OnlyFans account.

In a statement that Peer issued on YouTube on Friday, she explained that she and her husband began filming the OnlyFans as their salaries as teachers were no longer enough to support them and their family.

She explained that she had begun taking extra jobs at the school but it was beginning to impact the time she had with her family:

“My children are the most important thing to me, and I’m already spending countless hours outside of my contract time on extra school activities, and I don’t think it’s fair that I have to sacrifice my own children’s time because our professional salary did not pay enough.”

Peer added that she went to the lengths of using a pseudonym and blocked the entire state of Arizona from her OnlyFans page. However, after she advertised that she had made a video in her classroom the account soon went viral which led to a community member raised concerns about her on October 24th and she was subsequently placed on administrative leave.

No criminal charges have been filed as of yet in relation to this story.

Peer is not the first teacher to lose her job overproduction and sharing of explicit material on OnlyFans.

Earlier in the summer, a youth program teacher with the United States Department of Justice also lost her job after it was revealed that she was posting and selling fully nude images of herself on her OnlyFans page.
