A mysterious and unexplained structure has been discovered on the moon, defying geological theories and sparking theories about its purpose and origin.

A strange phenomenon has been discovered on the surface of the moon – a mysterious 3-mile-high “moon spire,” as seen in high-resolution photos. Despite several possible explanations, including optical illusion, gas plume, normal geological growth, and extraterrestrial architecture, none have been able to fully explain the structure.

Mexican researcher Mexicogeek from YouTube is not the first to discover the strange structure on the moon’s surface, with similar structures having been located and photographed before. The tower-like structure is uniform and thin at its base, with an artificial antenna-like circular object on top, ruling out the possibility of an enormous gas plume resulting from an outgassing incident.

This structure defies all geological theories and it’s possible that it’s just an optical illusion when viewed from the side. The Shard, located near Bruce Crater, is another mysterious structure photographed in 1967 by Lunar Orbiter LO-III, appearing to measure over a mile in height from a profile view, with highly reflective material giving it a glass-like appearance.

The Shard’s jagged surface may make it appear like a natural creation; however, a frame taken from Apollo 10 revealed something much stranger – a massive, multicolored, columned, manmade edifice known as The Castle or Hoagland’s Castle that is nearly 9 miles tall! Scientists are unable to describe the item, with the size of each crystal being so large that they were initially considered to be ice crystals.

The purpose of the construction of the Moon Spire has been the subject of many theories. Some people believe that it’s an old extraterrestrial relic from a culture that inhabited the moon thousands or millions of years ago, while others speculate that it might be a docking station or a sophisticated monitoring gadget.

It’s likely to be an extraterrestrial or human-made communication antenna, and an image of the strange item captured by an astronaut on one Apollo lunar flight shows that it looks like it was manufactured.

Although the object seems to have a cylindrical form, we lack information about its size, and it could be as tiny as a soda can or as colossal as a barn silo. Its origin and nature remain unknown, and its existence isn’t a unique occurrence, as evidenced by numerous unusual photos captured on the moon. The pressing issue is why there is no explanation for the presence of these structures and artifacts.
