THE DENIAL BEGINS: ABC Finally Makes Massive Tim Allen Show Statement Emmanuel August 8, 2017 Buzzworthy Months ago, there was massive outrage among many conservatives and fans of Tim Allen’s show, Last Man Standing, because of sudden cancellation. Many suspected it was because of his support for the President and conservative beliefs. Which is a very unpopular stance in the realm of Hollywood. Until now, ABC has kept very quiet about the reason for the cancellation of the show. The weird thing is, the show was doing really good. Ratings were at a very high point and was one of the station’s best shows. It was second in viewership right next to “Modern Family”. Which is why ABC and the liberal media took a lot of heat from conservatives. They new there was more to the story… Stunned and blindsided by the network I called home for the last six years. #lastmanstanding — Tim Allen (@ofctimallen) May 16, 2017 ABC Entertainment President Channing Dungey is claiming that the decision to cancel Tim Allen’s show was never about politics, here’s what he said: “Politics had absolutely nothing to do with it — we have actors on our shows who have all sorts of different political views.” She then stated that Tim Allen was a big part of the network’s success. “Tim Allen is a valuable part of the Disney ABC family and has been for a very, very long time. Last Man Standing’ was a show that, several years running, kind of came up to the very end in terms of the renewal, which was the same case this year.” She explains that cancelling the show “was a disappointment to me because it was a high-quality show that was very well done.” She blames the cancellation on the show saying it was redundant and didn’t really fit into the network. **What do you think? Second highest rated show and still “didn’t fit in?” Sounds to me like they are covering up their motives. **If you STILL BELIEVE it was because of politics SHARE this & Scroll Down to Leave a Comment!
