It used to be that if you were of a different political party than the guy next to you on the bus, that you might be able to talk about things and eventually come to a common ground.

Not any more. Apparently, if you are sitting next to a Democrat on that same bus and they see you with anything remotely resembling being a Republican, they ned up having a fit like a three-year-old child.

This has trickled all the way up to the highest reaches of our government, where any Democrat wants to literally make a REpublican’s nightmare for being a Republican. It’s sickening and Biden is complicit in all of this.

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres raised the alarm about white supremacist and neo-Nazi groups becoming a “transnational threat” on Monday, warning that the groups have taken advantage of the pandemic to boost their support and echoing concerns raised by U.S. President Joe Biden who has referred to these groups as the greatest domestic threat.

In an address to the U.N. Human Rights Council (UNHRC), Guterres said that the far-right extremist movements represent the number one internal security threat in several countries but warned that they are also becoming “transnational threats,” Reuters reported.

Without naming anyone, Guterres expressed worry that these patriot groups are being “cheered on by people in positions of responsibility in ways that were considered unimaginable not long ago.”

Noting that the groups have taken advantage of the pandemic, Guterres added that deadly misinformation about Covid-19 has been amplified “including by those in power.”

Michelle Bachelet, the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights, is set to submit a report to the UNHRC on March 18 on the issue of systemic racism against people of African descent. An inquiry into the issue was launched after George Floyd died in police custody last year, sparking widespread deadly riots by BLM.
