Another prominent Democrat has been arrested and prosecuted for corruption. Although the mainstream media is doing everything possible to DISTRACT from this story, more corruption in the Democratic Party doesn’t come as a surprise to most Americans.

Congresswoman Corrine Brown is being prosecuted for taking money from a charitable foundation, which is supposed to benefit poor children, and using it to go on a Beverly Hills shopping spree and buy concert tickets.

Brown was the Democratic representative from Florida. She’s cozy with the likes of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

She has been accused of 22 counts of fraud and conspiracy charges for putting contributions for the scholarship charity, One Door for Education, into her own pocket instead. If convicted, she could get 357 years in prison and have to pay fines upward of $4 million.

Her chief of staff, Ronnie Simmons, took a plea bargain and agreed to testify against the former congresswoman. He served with Brown since 1993 when she first took office.

Carla Wiley, the president of One Door For Education, also took a plea deal and agreed to testify against Brown.

Brown, Simmons and Wiley raised more than $800,000 between 2012 and 2016. Instead of the money going to the charity the three spent the money on luxury items, vacations and tickets to a Beyonce concert.

Assistant U.S. Attorney, A. Tysen Duva laid it out perfectly in his opening statement, “She knew exactly how to lie to these donors, and knew exactly where the cash money was going.”

Of no surprise, Brown is a Democratic SuperDelagate who supports Hillary Clinton as well as being her close personal friend.

Highlighting Brown’s firsthand participation in One Door’s fundraising efforts, the prosecutions first witness, John Picerne, local real estate developer, testified that Brown personally talked to him on the phone a $10,000 donation.

Next up was Mike Ward, former CSX CEO who’s been with the company for the last 40 years. Because of Brown’s presence on the transportation railroad subcommittee in the House, Ward often spoke to Brown about various political issues

Ward contributed $35,000 to One Door For Education after Brown told him directly the money would be used to reward well-performing students. Ward told the court he believed in charitable giving to two causes: education and the prevention of domestic violence.

When the prosecution asked if he knew the money was going into Brown’s personal bank account, he replied absolutely not.

    Well that’s wonderful, but my question is when are they going to put crooked Hillary in prison?? Her crimes just barely touch the surface Hillary’s crimes goes on and on and on, it’s time to put her in prison for murder treason election fraud and the list just goes on and on and really there’s about 10 More from the Democratic Party that needs to be tried and several from the Republicans also.
    We just need to flush the system, and Enforce our laws, and start electing trustworthy politicians and judges.
