ALL OVER: After Failing On ObamaCare AGAIN, McConnell Did What NOBODY Expected Emmanuel July 28, 2017 Politics 9 Last night was a heartbreaking night for every Republican who was hoping to see ObamaCare finally get thrown in the trash and replaced with something better. Last night, Republicans failed a tiny repeal vote by one single person. After the final heartbreaking loss, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell knew what he had to do. He took the floor, looked his colleagues in their faces and: Mitch McConnell CRIED on the Senate Floor! This was not a fake cry, either. No staged tears. This was a man who was heartbroken and also realizes that his time as Majority Leader of the Senate is up. You can watch him choke over his words. The saddest part of all was watching Senator McConnell tell all the Republicans, “It’s time to move on.” You know, the thing is that I actually agreed with almost everything Mitch said in that speech. In fact, if anyone is to blame for this loss, it was the Democrats who obstruct everything and the 3 Republicans who voted no: GOP Sens. Susan Collins (Maine), Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) and John McCain (Arizona). So, now we have the names of the Republicans who refused to come together for a repeal that was so small they called it “skinny Obamacare”. Should these 3 get re-elected? Comment your answer and share this out everywhere. 9 Responses Larry Beuchaw July 28, 2017 I just can’t understand when you have control of house and Senate and president is ready to sign repeal and conservatives fail to vote for repeal, maybe we need to vote out those that tend to stick with demo^s policy to resist Reply fpc July 28, 2017 members of the congress and senate, both republican and democrats should be ashamed of themselves. they deliberately and purposely sabotaged the healthcare need of the people. if they have any feeling of guilt at all, they should also go without any healthcare coverage. they should voluntarily abolish their 100% government funded healthcare that they exclusively enjoy and include themselves in whatever healthcare plan they hopefully can devise and agree on for the people. Reply marie July 28, 2017 No reelection for the 3 traitors. And maybe next election we will get some real republicans to take their places. Reply NightWisp July 28, 2017 McCain has always been majority leader, McConnell. You were just a figured head for the traitor to hide behind. Reply Charlotte Garner July 28, 2017 I sure hope they are not re-elected.. I can’t vote against them, because they are not from my state. Thank God. Reply buddylea July 29, 2017 The real problem is that no one in congress knows anything about health care. All they know are really big numbers. Those big numbers are really out of touch with the American citizen. President Trump should call together all the executive professionals in each industry that is involved with health care. Pharmacuticals, Hospitals, Doctors, Emergency Responders, Insurance, and any industry that is involved with health care. Get them together to come up with a plan with will insure affordable health care for all American citizens without breaking their banks and putting them in tremendous debt. Once a plan is finalized, then turn it over to congress to write the laws covering health care. Reply Old Dawg July 29, 2017 THEY TRIED, FAILED BECAUSE OF THREE OF THERE ON, FAILED ALL AMERICANS. MCCAIN AND THOSE OTHER TWO WOMEN SHOULD BE VOTED PUT OF THERE SEATS, REMOVED IF POSSIBLE BEFORE THERE NEXT ELECTION. MCCAIN NOW WILL HOPEFULLY DIE A HAPPY MAN BUT PROBABLY DESERVES WHAT HE HAS RECEIVED. WHERE HE AND OTHERS IN GOVERNMENT HAS THE BEST HEALTH INSURANCE FOR THEMSELVES, AMERICANS HAVE NOT, PAID FOR BY AMERICAN TAX PAYERS. I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT FOR OTHERS, THAT WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO AMERICANS, THAT WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES BACK AROUND TO THEM THAT HAVE FAILED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IN DOING WHAT WE HAVE VOTED THEM IN, TO DO THE PEOPLES WILL. Reply Bartolo Velazquez July 29, 2017 They all are traitors to the party and should be voted out.
