Ocasio-Cortez Exposed Again, Caught Red-Handed In Major Lie. We Have The Proof, Metadata Does Not Lie Emmanuel February 10, 2019 Liberal Agenda, News Headlines, Politics, US NEWS Opinion | Message to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez; you’re not in high school anymore. Start acting like an adult. Maybe a former teacher allowed you to rewrite a paper to improve a failing grade but this is the big leagues. Own your mistakes or you’ll forever be an embarrassment to your constituents and reduced to an inside-the-beltway sideshow. The incident in question comes after AOC stood with a group of other Democrats, that included Sen. Ed Markey of Massachusetts, to introduce her Green New Deal. To call her proposal unthinkably child-like, if for no other reason than its cost, would be doing it a service that it doesn’t deserve. According to PJ Media a new report from Power the Future puts the cost for the “Green New Deal” at approximately $49.109 trillion over the first ten years, enough to fund Trump’s border wall 8,616 times over. That would require 25 cents of every dollar generated from every source in our economy to fund, more than doubling the current level of expenditures – that we’re failing to cover by approximately $1 trillion every year already. Included in her announcement was the direction to visit her website for answers to frequently asked questions. So we did where we found a link to her GND telling us how it would be paid for: How will you pay for it? The same way we paid for the New Deal, the 2008 bank bailout and extended quantitative easing programs. The same way we paid for World War II and all our current wars. The Federal Reserve can extend credit to power these projects and investments and new public banks can be created to extend credit. There is also space for the government to take an equity stake in projects to get a return on investment. At the end of the day, this is an investment in our economy that should grow our wealth as a nation, so the question isn’t how will we pay for it, but what will we do with our new shared prosperity. Okay Ms. smarty-pants, I do have an MBA in finance. Ignoring your call for free universal healthcare and free tuition for all, if current spending levels remained as they are and this plan were to be implemented our debt after 10 years would would quadruple from its current level. And, when all was said and done we’d have less energy, not more. We also found these words on AOC’s website: On Friday’s edition of Tucker Carlson Tonight OAC policy adviser, Robert Hockett, claimed that her Green New Deal proposal did not include economic protections for those “unwilling to work” and claimed that the phrase came from a “doctored document.” Then the brainwashed masses took up the attack, as though conservatives were somehow to blame for AOC’s mishandling of her website. Watch what happens when Tucker Carlson steps out of the conservative bubble and brings on an @AOC policy adviser who debunks all the conservative media lies straight to his face (spoiler: it doesn't go great for Tucker) pic.twitter.com/joDNXBBB7G — Andrew Lawrence (@ndrew_lawrence) February 9, 2019 This was later retweeted by the wunderkind herself: Hockett actually blamed it on someone switching homework assignments with AOC: Tucker Carlson: Why would we ever pay people who are unwilling to work? Robert Hockett: We never would, right? And AOC has never said anything like that, right? I think you’re referring to some document, I think some doctored document that somebody other than us has been circulating. Tucker Carlson: Oh, I thought that came right from, that was a backgrounder from her office is my understanding? Robert Hockett: No, No, she’s actually tweeted it out to laugh at it. If you look at her latest tweets it seems that apparently some Republicans put it out there. Uh, huh. And, AOC, believing that the unbelievable Robert Hockett had indeed convinced the gullible public to believe this cockamamie story that the Republicans ate her homework, immediately chimed in: Jim Hoft, at the Gateway Pundit believes he has caught Ocasio-Cortez in a major lie by blaming Republicans for the posting on her website. Hoft offered clear and convincing metadata evidence to his readers that the document came from her website and was created by her Chief of Staff Saikat Chakrabarti: If this was a one-off occurrence, her claim, though provably false might be tolerated as simply a rookie covering for a mistake. Once she placed blame on the bogeymen from the Republican Party, she had declared war. Here’s AOC in her own words warning Anderson Cooper that we shouldn’t expect her to be right on the facts very often. “There's a lot of people more concerned about being precisely, factually, and semantically correct than about being morally right,” @AOC says in response to criticism that she’s made factual errors. https://t.co/sKf3sHl9F6 pic.twitter.com/xKc2eB7GEk — 60 Minutes (@60Minutes) January 7, 2019 Was she attempting to inoculate herself from criticism knowing she had found herself in a position she was ill-equipped to handle? After all, as she says, she should be judged on the morality of her proposals. Starbucks is full of out-of-work people espousing their views of morality, always using other people’s money to pay for it, of course. But what of her self-declared morality? Where’s the morality in confiscating the wealth earned by others to fund your personal pet projects? 70% tax rates on the very rich would help pay for the #GreenNewDeal to combat climate change, @AOC told Anderson Cooper: “Only radicals have changed this country.” https://t.co/MWDhzh4hTr pic.twitter.com/NTuaJ38cbC — 60 Minutes (@60Minutes) January 7, 2019 Where’s the morality in bankrupting a prosperous nation by selling its citizens on an emergent need that doesn’t exist? That’s what snake oil salesmen used to do only on a much smaller scale. Am I being unfair? Check out this tweet from AOC: $21 TRILLION of Pentagon financial transactions “could not be traced, documented, or explained.” $21T in Pentagon accounting errors. Medicare for All costs ~$32T. That means 66% of Medicare for All could have been funded already by the Pentagon. And that’s before our premiums. https://t.co/soT6GSmDSG — Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) December 2, 2018 For the article AOC relies on to be correct, defense spending would have had to average approximately $1.2 Trillion every year between 1998 and 2015. And, that would require every penny of it to be unaccounted for. For the current fiscal year, even with the massive increase Trump was able to extract from Congress, total defense spending is only now somewhat north of $700B, approximately 60% of that amount. Do your homework, kid. You might learn something. Arrogant? Okaaaay. Powerdrunk? What type of a fool threatens the son of the most powerful man in the world? Answer, an arrogant one. Or, this: Yeah. AOC really said this. Obviously citizenship is meaningless to being an American.#PatriotsAwakened#WWG1WGA Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: Illegal Immigrants are "More American" Than Immigration Patriots https://t.co/bxdMwQMcTr via @BigLeaguePol — Brian W. (@trumptrain1111) January 10, 2019 Denigrating Americans for their opposition to illegal immigration does not make them un-American. It makes them informed. Something AOC isn’t. Informed people come to learn that the more you know, the more you know you don’t know. Ocasio-Cortez proves that the inverse is just as true. Ignorant and snarky are not endearing traits. Mark Levin extended an open invitation to AOC to spend an hour with him on his national cable show. He promised to treat her with respect. She hasn’t responded to his offer and she wont. She’s at least smart enough to know that she’s not on the same intellectual planet. It would take Levin asking her one question about the humanitarian crisis in South America’s once most prosperous nation, Venezuela, to reduce AOC into a gibbering soundbite. AOC’s bigger problem is her history, as short as it is. It is fraught with ignorant, arrogant, and childish statements and declarations for which she always blames others after she is rebuked. That’s what makes this current dustup to troubling. She just doesn’t learn. As we said earlier, this isn’t a one-off. And, we’re barely a month into her term. Always, without fail. The AOC formula. Says or does something dumb. Gets criticized. Claims victimhood. Counts it as “clapback.” Feels empowered. And she wonders why she’s dismissed as juvenile and naive—this is exactly what children do. https://t.co/eMDgb6xIAB — Allie Beth Stuckey (@conservmillen) February 8, 2019 If Ocasio-Cortez provides some sort of proof that the document uploaded to her own website, with the metadata showing her campaign manager as the creator, is somehow a GOP plot we will be more than happy to update this article. However, we are not holding our breath.
