‘White people’ everywhere MUST READ THIS: Congressional Black Caucus leaders just launched legislation to make white people pay-BIG TIME… and it’s even more sickening than you can imagine.

VIA| Delusional Democrats in the Congressional Black Caucus have reportedly renewed their ill-conceived efforts to force white Americans to pay for the sins of some of their ancestors.

Specifically, Michigan Rep. John Conyers and his fellow CBC members have “re-introduced legislation that would set up a commission to consider whether reparations should be paid to black Americans for slavery,” according to the Washington Examiner.

Conyers has reportedly been proposing the bill every year for at least two decades. As noted by the Examiner, the bill would also consider the prospect of the federal government issuing a formal apology for the “racial and economic discrimination against African-Americans.”

This despite the fact that slavery was outlawed over 150 years ago and not every white American’s ancestors partook in the hideous trade — or were even in the country at the time.

Moreover, according to The Root magazine, known for its usually unapologetically pro-black stance on the issues, even some free black Americans “bought and sold other black people, and did so at least since 1654, continuing to do so right through the Civil War.”

If the Black Caucus continues this farce, they should be required to identify EVERY black person who is actually descended from slaves, as well as EVERY white person who is descended from slave-owners! To do less is unconstitutional!

And how were these slaves taken from Africa? Many were sold by other black tribes…maybe we should start billing the blacks for what they did to their own people…what a crock of crap this Black Caucus is…can you imagine if white folks ever tried to set up a White Caucus???

It looks more like they are missing all the prejudiced we were getting over … this would surely bring back a lot of antipathy. I wonder how happy they are with the BLM?

This is actually a good thing. We should be able to go after children and relatives of people who commit crimes against others. Say if someone, a black or white person murders/rapes/robs your mother, father, children, why shouldn’t you be able to force their descendants/family to pay you for that injustice to your family? If the robber doesn’t have the resources to pay take it from his mom/children. They are just as guilty. Look at the four in Chicago that kidnapped the special needs boy and tortured him. Why shouldn’t his family be able to go after those kidnappers families?

Are you stupid or what ? You can t go after someone’s family for someone else’s stupidity. Slavery was along time ago. Get over it. The only ones holding blacks back from succeeding is themselves.

Some people don’t do sarcasm well. I use sarcasm a lot to get a point across but I leave something that lets others know I’m being sarcastic. When writing others can’t see an eye roll or a look that says you’re being sarcastic, so you have to leave something that says that. Had I written her response I probably would have ended with something like “Yeah right, what ever”. Just something that says, I don’t really mean what I’m saying, just being sarcastic. Any way, it doesn’t really matter, just my take on it LOL. As to the article here, it’s just stupid and I hope it never passes. It’s time to get over what happened in the past and make sure it doesn’t happen again. People like the Black Caucus just keep stirring the pot and making things worse. It’s a sad world we live in today.

UH Duh Because you don’t punish someone for a crime they have not committed. The person that does the crime needs to do the time And the penalty needs to start being TOUGH.

This is nothing but a racist group and should have no place in our government.when you are elected into our government you serve all the people.federal buildings payed for by tax payers should not allow this kind of crap,I erge all tax payers to file a discrimination suit against the us government for allowing this kind of racist group in the halls of our congress. They should be charged with trying to intise riots and disrupting our government, every single one of them should be in jail not in our government.call the attorney general (wait a couple of weeks till we get a real one) and tell them you dont want this kind of discrimination in our congress.call your congress men and senaters, this needs to be stopped once and for all.when you start separating congress by race then your just trying to divide the country

Who bought them from conquering or raiding tribes in Africa.
It was merely fate that sold them to America instead of the ME.

I believe that the Irish should also be paid reparations for the time that they spent in slavery. If one group gets paid, it’s only right that all do.

Irish were not slaves in United States but there were some Irish sold into slavery in Caribbean by Cromwell,, like the husband of Goodwife Ann Glover, a woman of Irish Catholic descent hanged as a witch in New England. Some Irish were indentured servants in North America or exiled as convicts to Australia.

      • EVELYN

        There were Irish slaves.
        And English, German …
They were called a different name, but it was slavery.

    • Marie

Exactly Katherine. Everyone should know that the Irish were also slaves, but you never hear of them asking for reparations.

To be fair, Marie, they (the Irish, i.e. Irish Catholics) have more than exacted their share of revenge since the late 19th century. Time to move on.

AND the Irish who were not slaves, but worked the swamps and other dangerous life threatening jobs, because they were worth so much less than a slave. If they were killed the day before payday, the bosses kept the paycheck.
. Those people should be compensated … pay their families the back wages. With interest.

I’ve never, until lately, thought of being prejudiced or racist since I always thought we were ALL equal. I’ve worked with &have been friends with many black people.Never thought of them as anything but friends.
Now? since Obama came on the scene he has managed to turn people against each other & encourage them to be as stupid &greedy as he is.
If you would sit down & think for yourselves I think you would see you are being
manipulated by those trying to ruin America. Why do you listen to Satan’s followers?
I’m am disappointed in people who are so easily led astray.Have you not read Gods words
and promises? Why not pray & live a life that God will bless.Count your blessings.Whatever you have is from God.He is your source your provider.Trust HIM not some rebel who does not follow the Lord.

Gormless and pixilated people whose only concern is individual monetary receipt and recognition. The action as described would have to be common in that it reflects to all parties for varied individual aggressive events or group creating and actively pursuing reparations for actions scaling back to the late 1600’s inclusively. In my thinking this would include as well any White person/group that has committed what is considered an act of aggression and of in Representative . Therefore it would be necessary, as the proposed bill would require, that the families of the responsible parties course any Black person/group as well. I’m assuming slavery is an act of aggression, as suggested than all would be “guilty” as well as the accused. My o My, now’s the time to be a lawyer. Now’s the time to be builder concentrating in court houses. Where would the guilty be housed? Gromless!
