It has been reported that some Democrats are becoming so frustrated with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the way she can’t seem to compromise with President Donald Trump.

While the partial government shutdown continues to drag on, Pelosi refuses to negotiate with Trump.

The shutdown continues on as the Democrats continue to refuse to bend and negotiate with the President’s request for proper funding for a border wall.

Conservative Tribune reports:

Initially, Democrats were happy to rally behind Pelosi’s stance against Trump, but some of the party’s representatives are now showing signs of fatigue.

Newly-elected Michigan Democrat, Rep. Elissa Slotkin, suggested that Pelosi should come to a deal with Trump, according to MLive.

Slotkin said that party leaders should just “get in the damn room” with Trump to negotiate a compromise.

But that’s easier said than done for someone like Pelosi, who seems to have a personal vendetta against Trump.

It was last week that Nancy Pelosi requested that President Trump postpone his scheduled State of the Union address, which is set for January 29th. She claimed that the reason for her request was “security” issues, however it became very obvious that there were zero issues regarding security.

Even Democrats realized that Pelosi was simply trying to undermine Trump.

And even Democrats came after Pelosi for her ridiculous comments.

Democrat House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer spoke to Fox News on Tuesday, telling the network that he would be willing to allow President Trump to deliver his State of the Union address in front of a joint session of Congress.

Conservative Tribune explains, “Hoyer had also contradicted Pelosi on statements about the border wall last week.”

“Look, I don’t think this is an issue of morality, it’s an issue of does it work,” Hoyer explained to Fox News, going against what House Speaker Pelosi said when she claimed that the border wall is “immoral.”

Hoyer isn’t the only Democrat going after Pelosi and pushing for the end of the shutdown.

“Give Trump the money,” Democratic Minnesota Representative Collin Peterson said to KFGO’s “News & Views” this Tuesday.

“I’d give him the whole thing … and put strings on it so you make sure he puts the wall where it needs to be. Why are we fighting over this? We’re going to build that wall anyway, at some time,” Peterson continued.

Conservative Tribune explains, “While Peterson is more moderate than some of his Democratic peers, it won’t be long until more Democrats ask Pelosi to give in.”

Even the Democrats are realizing how unreasonable Pelosi is being.
